Luna Rey may share your personal information with its hosting site Shopify and to perform services such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and emails, analyzing customer data, marketing, processing credit card information, investigating fraudulent activity, and providing customer service.
You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via www.lunareyshop.com including the submission of product rating and reviews and all other data.

If you use www.lunareyshop.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Lunareyshop.com sells only to adults who can purchase products with a credit card or other permitted payment methods. If you are under the age of majority in your province of residence, you may use lunareyshop.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Lunareyshop.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Automatic decision-making
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
