Refund policy
We do accept returns. Please contact me with in 5 days of receiving your order and ship items back within 14 days. This means you have 5 days from product delivery to request a return and 14 days from product delivery date to return the selected item. Unfortunately, if the contact period of 5 days has passed, we can not offer the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any lose in product value. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at lunareyshop@gmail.com If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions *see below for shipping details*. Once the returned item is received, the refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sadly, there are some situations where only a partial refund can be granted.
This includes any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on my part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds provided through returns only. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Please keep in mind that I reserve the right to decline refunds if conditions do not match with the refund policy (please see above for details). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, limited series, or gift cards.
Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact me at lunareyshop@gmail.com to obtain the return address and let me know of any issues that you have with your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. This is a free service. Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as postal services do let us down from time to time.
